What to expect
Brakes are the one thing on a car we will never talk you out of fixing. We measure the pads, check the rotors for runout and scoring, and show you the numbers before you agree to anything.
When to come in
Squealing, grinding, a pedal that goes soft or low, a shudder in the steering wheel when you slow down, or the car pulling to one side under braking.
Not sure? Call the shop and describe it. We would rather spend two minutes on the phone than have you drive on something that should not wait.
