These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of haltomautocare.com (the “Site”), including its quote form and AI chat assistant, which are provided by Haltom Auto Care (“Haltom Auto Care,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site — you can always call us instead.
The Site gives information about our auto repair, tire and oil-change services, hours and location, and lets you ask for a quote or ask questions. It is for general information. Visiting the Site does not create a customer relationship; that begins when you bring a vehicle in and authorize work.
The Site may offer an AI-powered chat assistant to answer questions about our shop.
We offer links to third-party lease-to-own and financing providers, currently Acima and Snap Finance. Those providers, not Haltom Auto Care, make approval decisions and set the terms. All applications are subject to approval, and credit or other requirements may apply. Your agreement is with the provider and is governed by its terms and privacy policy. We do not guarantee that you will be approved.
Repairs performed by Haltom Auto Care are covered by our in-house warranty. Coverage terms and any limits are explained at the shop and on your invoice; the description on the Site is a summary only. Parts you supply yourself are not covered by our warranty.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to give accurate information when you contact us. You may not interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape it in bulk, or use it to send spam.
The Site’s text, design, logo and photos belong to Haltom Auto Care or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy or reuse our content or branding for other purposes without our written permission.
The Site links to or embeds third-party services such as Google Maps, Google Fonts, Acima and Snap Finance. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
The Site and chat assistant are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise the Site will always be available, error-free, or that information on it is complete or current. This does not limit the warranty on repairs described above or any rights you have under Texas or federal consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Haltom Auto Care will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on information from the Site or chat assistant. Our total liability for claims relating to the Site is limited to $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here changes the terms of an invoice or repair order you sign at the shop.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
