What it means
A warranty is only worth what the shop behind it is worth. Ours is in house: if something we repaired gives you trouble, you bring it back here, and the same people who did the work put it right.
There is no third-party claims line, no forms to mail, and no argument about whose responsibility it is. One phone number, one shop, one conversation.
Warranty work also comes with a loaner car. You should not lose a day of your life because a part we fitted did not do its job.
Loaner availability depends on what is on the lot that day, so call ahead where you can.
Fair on both sides
The warranty covers the parts we supplied and the labour we performed. It does not cover a different fault that turns up later, wear items used past their life, damage from a collision, or a repair you declined at the time and we noted on the invoice.
If you brought your own part, we warranty our labour on it but we cannot warranty someone else’s part.
None of that is a way to wriggle out of anything. It is the same standard we would want if it were our car, and if a call is ever borderline we will talk it through with you rather than hide behind small print.
Walk-ins welcome seven days a week. Tell us what the car is doing and we will give you a price before anyone picks up a wrench.
