What to expect
A proper repair means the tire comes off the wheel, gets inspected from the inside, and gets a patch-plug through the injury. A plug jammed in from the outside is a roadside fix, not a repair.
When to come in
Come in for a slow leak, a nail you can see, or a tire you keep having to fill. Sidewall damage and anything in the shoulder cannot be repaired safely — we will tell you straight.
